Walter’s insight into human potential and motivation, along with successes in the sports and corporate sales arena make him a powerhouse of inspiration and wisdom. He understand that doing your best is no longer as effective as being your best. His textured life experience and passion for what he does, makes him relatable to a variety of people, from CEOs, directors, to competitive and/or professional athletes, sales consultants and entrepreneurs. Walter has connected and helped them discover their power in becoming their best selves.
Born in Guatemala, Central America, with Spanish as his first language and raised in Vancouver, with a blended family of five boys, that fell apart during his teen years, he experienced internal and external stressors that affected not only his sport performance but how he did life overall. He experienced all the problems one would expect from growing up with a single mom. Being an overcomer, he excelled in working with high risk teenagers as a team leader at a probation school. Walter also went on have successes in the sales field and became a top sales manager for one of the largest private land owners in BC.
