COR.E PERFORMANCE DYNAMICS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The 5 Components of COR.E Performance Dynamics™
Clarity is power - Without this clarity and complete vision, you can struggle to reach the level of performance you’re looking for – and even if you reach your goal, you may still feel like something is missing. What am I missing? Me in the present moment. When you do not have a game plan and are not present it can lead to uncertainty, lack of confidence in decision-making, lack of fulfillment, enjoyment, and a consistent uneasy feeling.
Athletes often are simply unaware of why they perform well one day, and poorly the next. The thing that changes from day to day or even moment to moment, is not their skill but rather the athletes’ energy. Their in the moment energy is created by the thoughts and attitudes that they have towards life and their sport. This energy will affect their performance and often creates the up and downs spiritually, mentally and emotionally experiences that their sport can provide them. However, by understanding how energy works the athlete can learn to take proactive steps to create consistent peak performances and make the necessary adjustments or adaptations when the need arise. Without the right type of energy and the right amount, the performance is can be doomed before the game even starts.
The awareness of your key performance influences from the six main stressors; spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, social, and environmental is key. How an athlete manages their stress reactions in the moment is crucial to be able to make meaningful and intentional changes when their game is off and can feed the momentum of their flow when things are going well. COR.E Performance Dynamics helps you provides you the awareness and know how to be able to do this. You’ll learn and develop your own unique success formula that will increase your ability to consistently be at your best, whether at home, practice, or at the game.
Fear, distractions, lack of motivation or confidence, sabotaging self-talk, are just a few of the ways that an athlete’s performance can be affected.
The world’s greatest athletes get their calm, cool swagger from a frame of mind, perspective, or attitude that unleashes their full potential. They have learned to approach to their game in a way that keeps their motivation high, are audible ready, and have an uncanny vision to spot opportunities and capitalize on them..
This component not only reveals the 10 COR.E Disciplines that are instrumental in creating a consistent peak performance state in their game but also the way in which they do life.
What worked yesterday may not work today, as the only constant in life is change. Being able to be aware and adapt to the evolving nature of not only your sport but your life is key. Keeping what is working, adapting as you go along and eliminating anything that no longer serves you is a personal and unique process. This process of understanding of what is working and not working can be complex, along with being able to be aware of the real reason behind the changes in your performance. Is it what it appears on the surface - a mental issue, or a deeper core issue that is behind some of your limiting thoughts? This is where COR.E Performance Dynamics can truly help an athlete get to the core of their performance level and over time can mold, shape, optimize and execute a success formula proactively and on purpose.
It’s time to not just play the game but to be the game!
